Converting a paragraph into a list

You can convert any paragraph or several paragraphs into a list.

To do that:

  • Click on the paragraph you wish to convert or select several by holding the CMD key (if you are using Mac) or the CTRL key (if you are using Windows)

  • Click on the Add list button in your Side Toolbar

You can also switch between two types of lists (numbered and bullet lists) via the list type selector in the Upper Contextual Toolbar.

To convert the list back to a paragraph, you can either press the Add list button again while the list is still in focus or open the Context menu with the right-click of your mouse and pick a "Flatten list option.

Adding new list

To add a new list, start a new paragraph and click the Add list button on the right panel:

If you need to add a list above or below the , the Quick add menu can be used. To open it, hover the mouse above the grid and click the + button. The purple line above or below the grid will demonstrate where the list would be placed. If the nested grid is selected, the list can also be placed above or below the outer grid:
